Fishing Equipment

A woman was caught fishing at a dam in a prohibited area. The guard said, "You are under arrest for fishing in a prohibited area."
The woman said, "No I am not fishing, I am just resting."
The guard said, "But you have the fishing equipment?"
The woman said, "If you touch me I will report that you have raped me."
The guard replied, "But you know I have not done that."
The woman replied, "But you have the RAPING EQUIPMENT."
The woman said, "No I am not fishing, I am just resting."
