Pipeline

A man was caught at the scene where oil pipeline was vandalised. When under interrogation, the security agency asked him:

SECURITY: What prompted the vandalising of oil pipeline?

MAN: When we the Niger Deltans ask Govt to provide job for us, they tell us it's on the pipeline. When we ask for structural facilities such as hospitals, roads, schools etc, all we hear is that they are on the pipeline. So now our people have decided to open this pipeline so we can get those things out.
