Stupid Policeman

Two grown men, fighting on the street, were arrested by a police officer and taken to the police station. At the police station, they were asked what the bone of contention was. The first man said, "We were having an intense argument on a football issue and suddenly, Kola slapped me!"

The second man retorted, "He insulted me! Hence the reason I slapped him."

After listening to both sides, the policeman said to the second man, "You will have to pay your friend here N5,000 fine for slapping me."

The second man replied, "No problem, let me go get the money."

After waiting for several hours without seeing the second man, the first man stood up, slapped the police officer and said, "Take the N5,000 from him when he brings it. I can't wait no more."
